Hey Y’all, I’m Vernon!
Growing up in an "in-home" program, I have been called the trifecta of childcare. As my company grew, I have been the owner-director of small, medium, and large programs.
After 28.5 years, including a decade of multi-site ownership, I sold my schools to a large regional provider. Along the way, I completed a Master's in Early Childhood, wrote a few books, and became a popular speaker. Today I am Senior Vice President of Development for The Nest Schools.
I am available to bring inspiring stories, humor, mischievous southern charm, and relevant content to conferences, corporate functions, and professional development events. I am a proud member of the National Speakers Association and have performed at Second City New York.
