A Powerful Mastermind of Owners
Announcing a new location for Year 7!
Join us in beautiful Charlotte Harbor in Punta Gorda, Florida!!!
We are excited to host you at a brand new location in gorgeous Charlotte Harbor in the Gulfcoast of Florida! This year’s Owners Cohort is much easier to get to, has more convenient onsite dining options, and the property’s amenities are out of this world, including an adults-only pool and hot tub area, a beautiful spa, and gorgeous water views at almost every angle.
What to Expect
The Owners Cohort is different by design. This isn’t a conference where you sit in a ballroom all day listening to presentation after presentation. You are part of the experience.
Expect short, powerful E3 Visionary Talks, meaningful Q&A, small group conversations, and honest discussions with owners who understand the realities of running an early childhood business.
We’ll talk about the things owners are actually dealing with: leadership, staffing, enrollment, culture, financial health, growth, and the decisions that keep you up at night.
You’ll learn. You’ll share. You’ll laugh. And you’ll have plenty of time to build real relationships.
Come ready to participate, not just attend.
Highlights from the Event
E3 Visionary Talks
Short, focused talks designed to spark new thinking, followed by Q&A and conversation.
Owner to Owner Conversations
Real owners sharing what’s working, what isn’t, and what they’re figuring out right now.
Small Group Discussions
Time to dig deeper, ask questions, compare ideas, and learn from the experience around the table.
Dine Around Dinners
Smaller groups heading out together for great food, conversation, and connection beyond the meeting room.
Our Legendary Cocktail Hour
A signature Owners Cohort tradition with history. Past cocktail hours have taken us to the Ernest Hemingway Home and the Key West Lighthouse. We love a great theme, a great setting, and creating an experience people remember.
A Few Surprises
We take the work seriously. We don’t believe we have to take ourselves seriously. Expect some fun along the way.
Why Attend?
Because owning an early childhood business can be lonely.
Your employees look to you for answers. Your families expect confidence. Your leadership team needs direction. But where do you go when you need someone to challenge your thinking, share an idea, or simply understand what you’re dealing with?
That is the power of this room.
You’ll be surrounded by owners who understand the responsibility, pressure, opportunity, and occasional craziness that comes with ownership.
You’ll leave with new ideas you can use, answers to questions you’ve been wrestling with, and relationships with people you can reach out to long after the event ends.
This isn’t about collecting another notebook full of notes.
It’s about becoming a better owner because of the people, conversations, and ideas you were exposed to.
